6:30 PM

There are seven main energy centers in the body known as chakras. They are aligned with the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. These energy centers help to regulate organ function, the immune system and emotions. A state of well being is felt when these energy centers are in balance.

Sunny Arfa and Monica McMahon will teach their unique Chakra balancing techniques and Holistic Chef, Donna Haybarger will share with you what foods fuel each chakra to restore a harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system.

Creating balance helps you:

  • Feel more energetic
  • Nourish and develop positive traits
  • Support your spiritual, meditation, and yoga practice
  • Invigorate your inner intelligence, to experience your full potential

Discover what Buddhist, Shamans and the like have known for centuries: the right diet can enhance meditation, create balance in your mind, body and soul. This special spiritual diet is aimed at helping us transcend body consciousness, deepen our practice and live a happy healthy life.

Join us for a fun, social evening with like-minded individuals while you learn and  sample a variety of the chakra fueling foods.
