I have been on a personal improvement journey and mission and a student of how I can best take care for my body and mind all of my life. When I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Gastritis several years ago, I realized I needed to improve my diet and create more balance in my life. I have created many healthy food options. I followed the advice of my doctor with his prescribed medication. However, I did not want to spend the rest of my life on medication. With extensive research, I was able to heal myself and stop the need for medication by altering my diet and lifestyle. Additionally, I learned that treating the body well is a great uplift for the mind. From that time forward, I realized excellent health through nutrition and balance is achievable!
